Nursing
Our experienced Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurse perform a variety of services prescribed by the client’s Physician.

Aide
Services provided by our Certified Nursing Assistants or Home Health Aids are established by a Registered Nurse to meet each client’s unique and specific needs.
Our Agency’s Aides Perform:
• Bath (Bed, Tub, Sponge)
• Personal Care (Oral Care, Dress/Undress)
• Ambulation/Transfer Patient (Hoyer Lift, Wheelchair, Walker)
• Assist with Nutrition (Prepare Meals, Assist with Feeding)

• Accompany to MD Appts, Mall, Bank, Grocery Store, etc.
• Remind Patient to take Medication

Medical Social Worker
As a service to clients receiving other skilled services, a Social Worker assists the client and family / caregiver with issues related to the recovery from illness or injury such as lifestyle changes and assessing community resources and counseling.
Social workers coordinate care for individuals who need a number of services and who will, over a period of months, years, and sometimes decades, require care at different levels. They help clients and their families examine their needs, and determine how they will be paid for.
